Q: Do you charge a fixed fee or an hourly rate?

A: After determining the scope of your project, I will work with you to agree on a reasonable fixed fee.

Q: How much does the typical project cost?

A: Past projects have ranged in cost from only $10 to more than $50. Most of my projects fall in the $10 - $25 range.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

My preferred method of payment is credit cards via PayPal. I also accept checks.

Q: Do you accept payments in international currency?

Yes. PayPal enables me to accept payments in Canadian Dollars, Euros, Pounds Sterling and Yen.

Q: When do I pay you?

Before beginning work, I usually require 50% or more of the fee in advance. Once I have finished your project, I will demo it for you by sending you a link to the trial version. After you have viewed the finished spreadsheet, simply pay the remaining fee with a credit card via PayPal and I will e-mail your spreadsheet to you.
